SHORT SUMMARY OF BLOOD ALCHEMY ACID MECHANIC. 

Boy grows up, starts martial arts at an early age. Has his mind opened up through spiritual studying. Runs a successful business. Makes lots of £ and uses being in a motorcycle club as an excuse to lead a life of excess. Man has kids and wises up. He wants to know why he behaved that way and starts studying East and Western philosophy. This leads to in depth Mediation and a desire for extreme activities. Three London marathons, fire walking, walking on hot coals, 12 years of Pilates, Hathra Yoga, Wim Hof ice therapy, where I managed 25 mins in the ice, and a 3rd Dan Karate Black belt later, I’m still here and now teach Karate at Merton Park. While messing around with some advanced Yoga techniques, I seemed to be able to train harder and not hurt the next day.

If you can train and not get lactic acid burn, then at the next training session you can train harder. Within a few weeks I had my students staying an extra 15 mins after each session doing a modified version of the Yoga techniques or Blood Alchemy Method as I named it. The following year we entered the Welsh Karate Open and won our division in style. For the two students I entered, it was there first time in competition and they were also the lowest graded entrants.

A few weeks later, after returning from a holiday of drinking wine and eating some lovely meat meals, I began to have the start of a Gout attack. I had experienced them many years back but had managed to avoid them if I didn’t drink red wine or too much beef. This felt like it was going to be one of those 3 or 4 weeks of pain ones.

Six hours later and I managed to completely fend off the gout attack. I probably did the basic technique 5 or 6 times = 55 mins overall and was tired after but relieved from not having to suffer 3 of 4 weeks of sore Achilles and ankle.

I then started working out which techniques work quickest and which ones keep the pain away the longest. These were then adjusted week by week with changing diets and liquid intakes.

The effect starts to wear off after 20 to 35 mins depending on which one is used.

I then started blood testing six times a day but adding some other segments and eventually ending up with four completely different techniques that all worked in lowering my blood uric acid levels.

Next was to see if these worked more efficiently if done in different sequences and 4 months later and fingers like dart boards from all the blood tests the Blood Alchemy Method was born.

I am at present living on a carnivore diet which is the least friendly one for a gout sufferer.

The reason I’m on it, other than I like meat, is to deliberately induce gout so I can repeat the experiment and practice getting control over it.

As long as I just do the breathing techniques, I stay gout free. I often induce a gout attack just so I can hone in another technique

When I’ve induced a bad gout attack, I can get it under control in a couple of hours max but this involves the four techniques combined.
